It is an American marketer of software products for inbound marketing, sales, and customer service, founded by Brian Halligan and Dharmesh Shah in 2006. It is an all-in-one marketing tool that enables you to bring all the different marketing channels together, and optimize them to drive more traffic, increase conversion rate, and improve return on revenue. The investment includes improved templates for creating landing pages, and other features to increase engagement and conversion rate, such as live chat.

HubSpot History
The hubspot was founded by Brian Halligan and Dharmesh Shah at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 2006.
The company's revenue grew from $255,000 in 2007 to $15.6 million in 2010. Later that year, the Twitter app store founded by Lara Foten was acquired by Hubspot. The company also introduced new software to personalize websites for each visitor. According to Forbes, Hubspot started out targeting small businesses but has "steadily moved to serving large companies with up to 1,000 employees". Hubspot filed for an initial public offering with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 25, 2014, requesting to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol HUBS. In July 2017, Kimfi was acquired by Hubspot, which applies artificial intelligence and machine learning to help sales teams. The company reported revenue of $1 billion in 2021.
In February 2021, Axis Countries reported that Hubspot would acquire The Hostel, a content and email newsletter company focused on small business owners and entrepreneurs.
